It’s just as much fun to read as the last of her books I wrote about (“How I Stole the Princess’s White Knight and Turned Him to Villainy”), even if it’s more urban fantasy than high fantasy. This one, too, is a comedic male-male erotica book which was originally a collection of shorter stories which bring the two main characters, human Ross Young and vampire Glenn Reagan, closer and closer together as all progresses. Sherwood with a super-long title to another: “The Tribulations of Ross Young, Supernat PA”.

Though I’ve only recently read this full collection, I hope these little stories continue to come out in the future to add some much-needed fun and humor to my day. It’s so fun to see characters I’ve enjoyed resurface in whatever way I can get some more time with them. Of course, this is done with Ross’s dry sense of humor and running commentary about the events-which is always good for a laugh. As always, Ross is there to help out his fellow clan members try to make sense of the human world and keep their interactions within this world somewhat controlled, all while offering a semi-plausible explanation to any bystanders. I love the lightness and fast pace of these stories. Honestly, you only need to read this title to know you are in for a good time.Īs I read the other incidents as a complete set, this incident felt like an especially quick trip back to this silly world, but I very much welcomed it.
As any reader of the previous incidents in the Ross Young can attest to, every story promises good characters, fun, and unexpected moments you just have to laugh over.
I love the idea of mixing multiple supernatural species in today’s world and detailing all the trouble that ensues. The Tribulations of Ross Young, Supernat PA: Additional Incident LARPing is a short story that takes readers back to the fun world this author has created mixing fantasy worlds.
